Our campus sells itself. With over two
acres of wooded land in downtown Chapel Hill, we have abundant space for our three campus buildings and
eight playgrounds. The virtual tour will show you our creative and colorful classrooms and help those of you who are prospective
parents to decide whether Children's University is the right place for your
child.
The tour is divided into sections based on the layout of our campus. Please select an
area to explore for full 3-D views of our classrooms:
- Baby House
- This dedicated building provides a home-like environment for our
infants. There are three classrooms and a small kitchen, as well as several
playgrounds set aside especially for the babies.
|
 |
- Main Hall
- The centerpiece of our campus includes our director's office,
co-directors office, the kitchen, a faculty break room / therapy room, and
six classrooms. It serves toddlers through four year olds and is also home to our wonderful
hallway mural, designed by a local artist.
|
 |
- Preschool House
- The Preschool House provides your child's final Children's University preparation before moving on to
Kindergarten. This dedicated building serves as a structured school
for pre-K students, giving them a great jumpstart, so they will enter
public school confident and capable.
|
 |
- Playgrounds
- Our playgrounds surpass those of any center in Chapel Hill. We know
kids want to unwind after working on quieter activities like art, reading, and school skills.
All of our classrooms have their own play space with age appropriate toys
and structures. The trees provide shade and the wooden fences, safety,
for a cozy backyard feel.

 |
- Security and Safety
- Children’s University of Chapel Hill knows you want a safe and secure environment for your children. In
addition to a full site burglar and fire sensor systems, we provide door entry access via secure cards.
