Back to TopWhat medical forms are required?A Medical Report completed by a North Carolina physician with a current record of immunizations. Back to TopWhen is tuition due?Payment is due monthly by the 5th for that month. A late fee of $50 is charged for late payments. If payment has not been received by the 10th, children may not attend until the account is up to date. Note: More information about our policies are available in our Parent Handbook. Back to TopWho may pick up my child?Only individuals submitted by you may pick up your children. You can list them on your application form, or supplement the list by contacting the director. Back to TopHow do I view the virtual tours?The virtual tours use Java and launch an additional window. If you have Java disabled or are blocking pop-ups, you will have to allow them to see the classroom and building interiors. Our playground tour also uses a flash slideshow (the Flash add-in is available from Adobe). Back to TopHow do I view the Parent Handbook?Our parent handbook is available in PDF format. The Acrobat PDF reader is free software available from Adobe. You are also eligible to receive a very nice hardcopy once your child is accepted and you have paid your $300 place hold fee. Back to TopWhat dates are you closed?Our closings can be seen on our calendar and they are also available in list format as a single file for the current year. Back to TopCan I pay my tuition online?Yes. We offer online payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Google Checkout. There is a 2% charge for this service. If you do not currently have a Google Checkout account, you can learn more about its benefits and features at their site.
